These technologies also allow Priority Engineering to produce precise quantity and cost estimates, as well as effective QA/QC analysis. Design

  • Roadway Design – Complete development of Plan, Specifications, & Estimates

  • Bridge Design – includes design of cast-in-place and pre-cast structures

  • Drainage Design – includes hydraulic and hydrology design – includes inlet, storm drain, and creek/stream/river design

  • Water/Waste Water Design

  • Site Layout Design – Includes parking lot design relative to traffic flow, parking space design, and drainage

  • Traffic Signal Design – includes conduit and layout design

Construction 

  • Roadway Construction Management – Contract Administration, including construction management, change order procurement, shop drawing evaluation, requests for information (RFI) handling, and QA/QC reviews. 

  • Design/Build – Design Quality Assurance Management, including Notice of Design Change (NDC) certification, design quality audits, and RFI resolution. 

 

Maintenance 

  • Roadway Maintenance Management – Includes contract writing, implementation, and scheduling of maintenance activities such as pavement and guardrail repair, etc. 

  • Snow and Ice Preparation – includes scheduling and coordination of personnel, equipment, and material for snow and ice events. 

 

Public Involvement

  • Government Relations – Extensive liaison experience with the public and with Local, State, and Federal entities. This includes speaking before city councils, citizens, and legislators on the local, state, and federal level.

 

Transportation

  • Access Management Permitting – Private access procurement to public roadways.

  • Utility Permitting – Municipal and Franchise utility relocation procurement.

 

Pavement Condition Survey and Assessment

  • Ability to assess the condition of concrete and asphalt pavements and render short and long-term repair recommendations of those pavements.
